Research shows, that beginning your day with exercise, and the right breakfast will help maintain steady levels of energy, and a positive perspective that will help you thrive through your day.

Even though most know this, getting up to exercise can be very challenging, even for the most determined.

Below are 5 proven ways to secure your morning goals.

1. Make the decision once and for all that you will make this happen.

2. Pile together, and place in an easy to grab location your clothes, shoes, socks, water, hairbands, car keys, and  music the night before.

3. Set your alarm, with time allowed to dress, workout, stretch, shower, and eat breakfast.

4. Upon waking, DO NOT think- just go. The second you engage the mind, it will attempt to distract you from the goal.

5. Go directly to your pile of clothes that you organized the night before, put them on, and BEGIN TO MOVE. Again, don’t engage the mind, JUST GO.

Whether you are heading out the door to the gym, walking around your neighborhood, or jumping on a treadmill at home, just GO. Once you have been moving for about 15 minutes, all of the sluggish bodily feelings along with a heavy mind set will disappear. What will replace those feelings will be oxygen, energy, enthusiasm, endorphins, adrenaline, and a sense of success that you were able to complete this goal. This success although simple, will carry into your day attracting continued success in other areas of your life. So get up, and go for it. I know you can make it happen!

Positive Thoughts Bring Positive Outcomes.

Have you ever heard of the saying, “if you think you can, or you think you can’t- either way, you will be right?”

The mind plays an important role in learning, and our thoughts play a role in manifesting, and creating strategic outcomes.

Many people clearly understand the process of learning, but how our thoughts play out in our outcomes is still a mystery to most.

What we are thinking, and feeling over time can begin to manifest in our lives- for the good, or for the bad. That is not to say that you have personally manifested a dramatic situation in your life because- drama does occur that we would never want to happen. With that said though, if something has happened, moving forward, you do have the ability to actively choose to be positive. The power of positivity can molecularly change everything around you- including outcomes. I can hear you know saying, “but how can I be positive in this not positive situation?” Well….. you can.

With persistence, patience, and forgiveness to yourself, you can begin to simply look, or watch your thoughts. Set an alarm, or tie a string around your finger to remind yourself. When the alarm goes off, or you look at the string- check in with yourself and observe your thoughts OBJECTIVELY. Objectively looking at your thoughts is simply looking at them- like a cat watches a mouse, or watching them from a distance. Watching them as an observer, other then yourself without attachment, or emotion around it. Just simply watch without judging yourself or them.

Just watch the thoughts to see if they are positive in nature or negative. If they are positive, then great. If they are negative, then WITHOUT judgement to yourself- change the story line in your mind. Literally imagine anything that is positive. The positive thought, or IMAGE can be something you’d ultimately like to see in your life, or something you have seen, and felt in the past that made you happy, feel peace, or made you smile.

That is it. Observe, leave the thought stream as it, or RE-DIRECT the thought stream to be a positive one. There is nothing to loose other then internal negativity so give it a good honest try to see for yourself.
