You Are What You Think.

You are what you think couldn’t be any more on point.

Whether you think you can or think you can- either way you will be correct.

If this saying is true, how can you begin to harness that fantastic power right under our finger tips?

The goal is to continually check in to see what you are thinking about. As an experiment, set your phone alarm clock every hour. Once the alarm goes off, check in, and observe your thoughts-  as if you were a cat watching a mouse. Just simply watch. There is no need to judge yourself, or that which you are thinking about. If you find that you have a constant negative frame of mind, attempt to “force in” positive thoughts.

During your check in, jot down what you may of been thinking about, and take note if you were observing negativity, or were observing positivity.

If you complete this task over and over again, eventually you will be able to knock out the negativity faster each time you observe it, as well as, experience less negativity, and attain a more positive frame of mind thoughtout the day.

All of our choices lead to consequences, and having a postive outlook will help to shape those choices. So overtime with each postive choice based- on your outlook, or thoughts, sooner or later you will create a happier, and more easeful new reality.
