5 Tips to Balance Both Mind and Body.

I wish balancing both mind and body was easy. As a mom of a 3 year old, finding time to take care of your physical and mental health is essential to a happy well balanced life. Finding balance is can be just as difficult as work, but the benefits are worth it.

Below are 5 tips you can implement to create a Better Life Balance goal!

1. Get up 1 hour earlier in the morning to Exercise. Whether it be watching a DVD, YouTube, walking around the neighborhood, or head to the gym, this hour spent will give you the “you” time you need- not to mention increase your sustained energy throughout the day, and regulate your metabolism. The benefit will be very apparent and will outweigh the sluggish feeling everyone feels when they get up in the morning!

2. Set 7 minutes aside before you get out of bed, and before you sleep to meditate, pray, or practice visualization.

3. Eats foods that are whole and natural in nature ie fresh veggies, fruit, whole grain, eggs, fish ete, and avoid processed foods of any kind.

4. Take a break every hour or so to stretch your legs, take a few deep breaths, and drink water.

5. Attempt at every moment to be the best most authentic person you can be, accept what is, and do your best to serve others.
